EN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA DISMINUCION DE LAS IMPUREZAS INORGANICAS Y ORGANICAS DISUELTAS EN LEJIAS ACUOSAS EN EL PROCESO BAYER PARA LA PREPARACION DE HIDROXIDO DE ALUMINIO SE UTILIZAN ADICIONES QUE HACEN NECESARIAS REALIZACIONES COSTOSAS DEL PROCEDIMIENTO Y UN CONSUMO AUMENTADO DE LEJIA, LO CUAL ELEVA LOS COSTOS DE PRODUCCION Y NO GARANTIZA EN TODOS LOS CASOS UNA BUENA CALIDAD DEL PRODUCTO.ESTAS DESVENTAJAS PUEDEN EVITARSE SI LA LEJIA PV IMPURIFICADA ES SOMETIDA A UNA ELECTRODIALISIS CON UTILIZACION DE POR LO MENOS UNA MEMBRANA PERMEOSELECTIVA PARA ANIONES Y/O POR LO MENOS UNA MEMBRANA PERMEOSELECTIVA PARA CATIONES Y POR LO MENOS UNA MEMBRANA BIPOLAR, QUE DISOCIDA EL AGUA, CON FORMACION DE UNA COMPONENTE DE LEJIAS ALCALINA PR, QUE ES AGREGADA A LA LEJIA EN CIRCUITO DEL PROCESO BAYER, Y DE UNA COMPONENTE DE IMPUREZAS V, QUE ES RETIRADA DEL PROCESO Y DESECHADA.IN THE PROCEDURE FOR THE REDUCTION OF INORGANIC AND ORGANIC IMPURITIES DISSOLVED IN AQUEOUS SOLES IN THE BAYER PROCESS, FOR THE PREPARATION OF ALUMINUM HYDROXIDE, ADDITIONS ARE USED THAT MAKE COSTLY CARRIED OUT OF THE PROCEDURE AND AN INCREASED CONSUMPTION OF SOLE, WHICH RAISES PRODUCTION COSTS AND IT DOES NOT GUARANTEE GOOD PRODUCT QUALITY IN ALL CASES. THESE DISADVANTAGES CAN BE AVOIDED IF THE IMPURIFIED PV LYE IS SUBJECTED TO ELECTRODIALYSIS USING AT LEAST ONE PERMEOSELECTIVE MEMBRANE FOR ANIONS AND/OR AT LEAST ONE PERMEOSELECTIVE MEMBRANE FOR CATIONS AND AT LEAST ONE BIPOLAR MEMBRANE, WHICH DISSOCIDES THE WATER, WITH FORMATION OF A COMPONENT OF ALKALINE LYES PR, WHICH IS ADDED TO THE LYE IN THE BAYER PROCESS CIRCUIT, AND OF A COMPONENT OF IMPURITIES V, WHICH IS REMOVED FROM THE PROCESS AND DISCARDED.
