Abstract

Dispositivo para acondicionamiento de aire en pisos residenciales, preferentemente en casas multifamiliares, provistos de una instalación para el suministro de aire fresco preferentemente limpio y/o enfriado, cuya instalación es común al edificio y respectivamente a la escalera, caracterizado porque el aire fresco suministrado es calentado por una unidad (1) dentro de cada apartamento y suministrada a las diferentes habitaciones de la vivienda a través de por lo menos un elemento de ventilación (2) con ventilador incorporado (3), porque el aire fresco se mezcla con el aire evacuado de cada habitación y que circula a través de válvulas (4) provistas en el elemento de ventilación, y porque el aire así mezclado y templado en el ventilador (3) se suministra a las habitaciones a través de una válvula de inyección (5) mientras que una cierta cantidad de aire sale de la habitación a través de una válvula de escape de aire (6).
