UN METODO PARA PRODUCIR POLIMEROS DE ACIDOS NUCLEICOS BICATENARIOS DIMENSIONADOS, EN QUE LOS POLIMEROS DE ACIDOS NUCLEICOS MONOCATENARIOS SON DIMENSIONADOS Y LUEGO REANILLADOS. POR ESTE METODO SE PUEDEN OBTENER DERIVADOS DE ACIDOS NUCLEICOS BICATENARIOS QUE TIENEN ARN COMO EL CUERPO PROGENITOR, CUYA DISTRIBUCION TOTAL DE TAMAÑOS MOLECULARES CAE DENTRO DEL INTERVALO ENTRE 4S Y 13S COMO EL VALOR DE LA CONSTANTE DE SEDIMENTACION DEL MISMO, ASI COMO AQUELLOS EN QUE LAS MOLECULAS PARA LA MAXIMA DISTRIBUCION EN TODA LA DISTRIBUCION DE TAMAÑOS MOLECULARES DE LOS DERIVADOS POR ENCIMA DEL NUMERO DE BASES, CAE DENTRO DEL INTERVALO ENTRE 500 Y 10.000. EL PROCEDIMIENTO ES INDUSTRIALMENTE VENTAJOSO, PUESTO QUE ES ALTA LA VELOCIDAD DE REACCION Y ES ALTO EL RENDIMIENTO DE LOS PRODUCTOS. LOS PRODUCTOS SON UTILIZABLES COMO INGREDIENTE ACTIVO PARA UNA COMPOSICION ANTITUMORAL O UNA COMPOSICION ANTIVIRICA, PUESTO QUE TIENEN ACTIVIDADES FISIOLOGICAS Y SON ESCASAMENTE TOXICOS.
