EL NUEVO DISPOSITIVO DEBE PERMITIR REALIZAR CURVADOS EXACTOS TOTALMENTE AUTOMATICOS, CON DIFERENTES RADIOS O RECORRIDOS DE CURVADO. PARA CONSEGUIRLO, LA HERRAMIENTA PASIVA DE CURVAR (16, 16'', 16''K) ES GIRATORIA RESPECTO AL CABEZAL DE CURVAR B, ALREDEDOR DEL PRIMER EJE X, ALREDEDOR DEL CUAL GIRA TAMBIEN EL CABEZAL DE CURVAR B. LA SUPERFICIE DE CURVADO (18, 18'', 49, 55, 54, 57), QUE DETERMINA EL RADIO Y EL RECORRIO DE CURVADO DESEADOS, SE PUEDE COLOCAR DE ESTE MODO EN EL PLANO DE CURVAR ADECUADO PARA CADA CASO, ENCARGANDOSE DE EFECTUAR UNCURVADO EXACTO DEL MATERIAL. EL DISPOSITIVO (1), GRACIAS A SU POSIBILIDAD DE CUVAR CON EXACTITUD DIFERENTES RADIOS Y RECORRIDOS DE CURVADO, ES ESPECIALMENTE ADECUADO PARA PROCESOS TOTALMENTE AUTOMATICOS DE CURVAS CON UNA ALTA VELOCIDAD DE TRABAJO.
