Abstract

A cradle 7, suitable for use with a child's chair or push-chair, has longeron formed in two parts 8a, 8b connected telescopically and supported by a clamp 31 provided on the chassis 1 of a chair. One of the parts 8b may slide axially with respect to the clamp 31 when the cradle is tilted. This sliding movement is controlled by a connecting link 9 articulated to the chassis at 10 and to the part 8b at 11. The other of the parts 8a of the longeron is articulated coaxially with the clamp 31 by means of a rod 32.
