Abstract

Safety clasp for necklaces, bracelets including chain-type bracelets. Said clasp consists essentially of a casing (1) of two hooks (2 and 3), mounted in opposed manner inside the casing (1), engageable by a clip system whereby one movable hook (2) is urged outwardly by a flexible stop (6) and the other (3), hinged to the casing (1) and urged inwardly of the latter by a spring (5), can be operated by a sliding plunger (7) or by pressing the moving hook (2) inwardly of the casing (1).
