Carátula anti-resonante para altavoces, en especial para altavoces de vehículos, caracterizada esencialmente por el hecho de comprender un marco da fijación al perímetro externo del altavoz y eventualmente a la caja portadora del mismo, cuyo marco presenta un perfil de sección transversal en Z, cuya rama interna al marco presenta un escalonado para asiento del conjunto de carátula propiamente dicho, constituido, por una capa embellecedora externa, una capa intermedia de material esponjoso, y una capa interna de soporte totalmente rígida, estando las tres capas provistas de, una serie de trepados en coincidencia para formar pasos para las ondas sonoras, y constituyendo el elemento, anti-resonante por la constitución del soporte rígido y capa intermedia esponjosa, estando además este conjunto, retenido al marco por unas espigas pasantes en cada esquina, debidamente remachadas por el reverso del conjunto.
