EN UNA TERCERA ETAPA OPCIONAL SE DESPROTEGE EL DIPEPTIDO, YA SEA POR HIDROGENACION CATALITICA, TRATAMIENTO ACIDO O BASICO O ENZIMATICO, PARA OBTENER LOS DIPEPTIDOS DE FORMULA GENERAL DESCRITA.
