Closure device, with locking, which includes two closure elements arranged in order to be mutually locked in an entire portion of a preset length, each one of said closure elements having a different colour from the other in order visually to establish the integrity of the fastening of the closure elements presenting a different colour from the closure elements when said closure elements are fastened, in which the improvement comprises the introduction of a colour-change reinforcement member (boss) in the internal channel of a translucent closure element, with the result that it is easier to detect, by means of visual inspection, the closed and opened status of the closure device.
