PROCEDIMIENTO DE PREPARACION DE CICLOHEXIL FENIL CETONA, DE FORMULA GENERAL (I), ASI COMO SU AUTILIZACION COMO INTERMEDIOS DE SINTESIS, EN DONDE R ES UN ALQUILO DE 1-4 CARBONOS, Y RSI1 ES UN HIDROGENO O HALOGENO. EL PROCEDIMIENTO CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR UN DERIVADO DEL ANHIDRIDO ISATOCIO, DE FORMULA GENERAL (II), CON UN DERIVADO ORGANO METALICO, DE FORMULA GENERAL (III), DONDE M REPRESENTA PREFERENTEMENTE UN RADICAL - MNX, DON X ES UN HALOGENO. EL COMPLEJO OBTENIDO EN LA REACCION SE HIDROLIZA CON SOLUCION ACUOSA DE CLORURO AMONICO PARA OBTENER LOS COMPUESTOS DESEADOS. ESTOS COMPUESTOS SON UTILES COMO INTERMEDIOS PARA LA SINTESIS DE DERIVADOS DE LA BENZODIACEPINA-1,4 QUE PRESENTAN ACTIVIDAD SOBRE EL SISTEMA NERVIOSO CENTRAL.
