Abstract
The process consists in supplying concrete continuously to a longitudinal row of trays or moulds, subjecting the material deposited in said trays to a pressing and smoothing, then establishing longitudinal grooves and introducing into them rounds or rods for reinforcing the slabs, and then providing further concrete to the slabs in order to close said grooves, with a further stage of pressing and smoothing. The corresponding machine incorporates at least one stack 2 of trays, which can be supplied individually and in a row on the bed plate 1 by a cylinder 3, initially under a hopper 6 provided at its bottom with a presser roller 8 and a smoother 9, the trays then passing over grooving discs 10 and lastly under a second hopper 13.
