Abstract
Un nuevo seleccionador o separador electromagnético electrónico para tratamiento de minerales, caracterizado porque, en virtud de la disposición, en la parte superior de un cuerpo, bastidor o armadura, de una tolva, en donde se deposita el mineral a tratar, la caida de éste a las rampas de distribución, se efectúa por un orificio que posee dicha tolva en su parte inferior, regulándose la misma mediante una trampilla reguladora, que, según sea su desplazamiento, en más o en menos, del citado orificio, permitirá la salida del mineral en mayor o menor cantidad, siendo el número de rampas de distribución variable, según sea el número de electroimanes que posea el separador o seleccionador, y, estando estas rampas dispuestas para conducir el mineral hasta los espacios críticos de selección existentes entre un disco selector, giratorio mediante eje motriz, y, los extremos de máximo efecto magnético.
