Abstract

It consists of a frame 1 which supports the supply hopper 7 of a distributor carriage 10 which is moved on a fixed platform 23 from an automatic loading position to another, pouring position over the mould 26 located on a support platform 27 arranged, in confrontation, below the window 24 which exists in the fixed platform 23. The displacement of the carriage 10 is achieved with a hydraulic cylinder 22 and via a series of articulated levers 19, 20 and 21. The mould can be displaced vertically by a hydraulic cylinder 33 and driven in a vibratory movement originating from adjustable vibrators 35 secured to the support platform 27. The distributor box 10 lacks a base, has wheels 14 for guiding on rails 42 of the frame 1 and has a roller 15 which smoothes the concrete. All the movements are achieved following an automatic sequence controlled at a control console 37, 38.
