SON DE USO EN RECUBRIMIENTOS PIGMENTADOS, TINTAS Y BARNICES, PRODUCIENDO EL FOTOCURADO EN COMBINACION CON AMINAS CONVENCIONALES A LONGITUDES DE ONDA COMPRENDIDAS EN EL RANGO 350-420 NM. PUEDEN SER UTILIZADAS TANTO EN MEDIO ORGANICO COMO ACUOSO, LO QUE LES CONFIERE UNA GRAN VERSATILIDAD EN CUANTO A SUS APLICACIONES.THE ABOVE PATENT OF INVENTION REFERS TO THE PREPARATION OF NEW POLYMERS CONTAINING THE PHOTOACTIVE GROUP TIOXANTHON, AS WELL AS ITS USE AS PHOTOSENSITIZERS IN ORGANIC REACTIONS AND ALSO AS PHOTOINICIATORS OF GRIMMING, PRESENTING. THEY ARE FOR USE IN PIGMENTED COATINGS, INKS AND VARNISHES, PRODUCING THE PHOTO CURING IN COMBINATION WITH CONVENTIONAL AMINES AT WAVE LENGTHS COVERED IN THE 350-420 NM RANGE. THEY CAN BE USED IN BOTH ORGANIC AND AQUEOUS ENVIRONMENT, WHICH GIVES THEM GREAT VERSATILITY AS TO THEIR APPLICATIONS.
