METODO INMUNOENZIMATICO RAPIDO DE DETECCION DE LA PRESENCIA DE LECHE DE DISTINTA ESPECIE EN LECHE DE OVEJA, QUE COMPRENDE: (A) DEPOSITAR UN ANTICUERPO ESPECIFICO ANTI-PROTEINA LACTEA SOBRE UNA HOJA DE NITROCELULOSA; (B) INCUBAR LA HOJA DE NITROCELULOSA CON UNA SOLUCION DE OVOALBUMINA EN SUERO FISIOLOGICOS A UNOS 37GC; (C) SUMERGIR LA HOJA DE NITROCELULOSA EN LA MUESTRA DE LECHE A ANALIZAR; (D) LAVAR PARA ELIMINAR LAS PROTEINAS QUE NO HAN REACCIONADO CON LOS ANTICUERPOS; (E) INCUBAR LA HOJA DE NITROCELULOCA CON INMUNOGLOBULINAS ANTI-PROTEINA LACTEA DIRIGIDAS CONTRA LA MISMA PROTEINA QUE LAS UTILIZADAS EN LA ETAPA (A) CONJUGADAS CON PEROXIDASA Y DILUIDAS EN SUERO FISIOLOGICO CON OVOALBUMINA A TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE; (F) LAVAR PARA ELIMINAR LOS ANTICUERPOS MARCADOS QUE NO HAN REACCIONADO; (G) INCUBARLA HOJA DE NITROCELULOSA CON UN SUSTRATO DEL ENZIMA PARA SU REVELADO. TIENE APLICACION PORQUE PERMITE DETERMINAR LA PRESENCIA DE LECHE DE DISTINTA ESPECIE EN LECHE DE OVEJA.
