Abstract

A pivoting obturation panel (5) is fitted with a locking device comprised of a latch (13) and a bolt clasp (29, 30, 31, 32). The bolt (14) of the latch (13) is housed in a tubular element (6) of the panel (5) which provides for its translational guiding. The bolt (14) may be translationally moved on its longitudinal axis by means of an actuating pin (15) which is perpendicular thereto and of which the extremities are respectively accessible from either side of the panel. The clasp (29, 30, 31, 32) is comprised of a pivoting pawl (30) arranged so that it pivots when it is subjected to a pushing force exerted by the bolt (14) from the outside towards the inside and so that it is pivotingly blocked and holds the bolt (14) when it is subjected to a pushing force exerted by the bolt (14) from the inside towards the outside.
