Abstract

PURPOSE: To solve the problem of pressure loss and seizing and to raise efficiency by communicating a suction pipe with a pump chamber and at least one of a rotary shaft and/or a seat of a rotor drum directly and simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: A rotor 3 with a plurality of vanes 19 arranged around a drum 4 to be urged outwardly by a spring 5' is eccentrically rotatably received in a pump body comprising a stator 1 formed by a hollow cylinder 2 and a cover 2'. A cylindrical cavity 12 having a relatively small diameter is formed on a bottom wall 11 defining the cylindrical cavity in the stator 1. A pump shaft 8 is inserted therein via a bush 14. A suction pipe 6 is opened in a connection portion of a side wall 10 of the stator 1 and the bottom wall 11, and a supply pipe 6 is arranged on the cover 2'. An open portion of the suction pipe 6 at the side of the stator 1 communicates with a channel 6' formed on the bottom wall 11.
