UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE UN ANTICUERPO MONOCLONAL ESPECIFICO PARA UN NUEVO EPITOPO DEL ANTIGENO LFA-1 DE LINFOCITOS T HUMANOS. UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE UNA LINEA CELULAR HIBRIDA QUE PRODUCE UN ANTICUERPO MONOCLONAL QUE SE UNE ESPECIFICAMENTE AL EPITOPO S6F1 DEL ANTIGENO LFA-1, QUE CONSISTE EN INMUNIZAR ADECUADAMENTE UN ANIMAL APROPIADO; FUSIONAR CELULAS PRODUCTORAS DE ANTICUERPO, PROCEDENTES DEL ANIMAL INMUNIZADO, CON CELULAS PROCEDENTES DE UNA LINEA DE CELULAS INMORTALES; CULTIVAR LAS CELULAS OBTENIDAS EN LA ETAPA ANTERIOR EN UN MEDIO SELECTIVO, PARA AISLAR LAS CELULAS FUSIONADAS Y SELECCIONAR CULTIVOS DE LAS LINEAS CELULARES HIBRIDAS QUE PRODUCEN EL ANTICUERPO MONOCLONAL MENCIONADO. LA INVENCION TAMBIEN SE REFIERE AL METODO DE USO DEL ANTICUERPO MONOCLONAR PARA DISTINGUIR LAS CELULAS EFECTORAS CITOTOXICAS DE LAS CELULAS EFECTORAS SUPRESORAS EN POBLACIONES DE LINFOCITOS CD8 HUMANOS.
