Abstract

On the flat bed (platform) 1 of a towed or self-propelled vehicle there is a closed box 3 with two windows 4 equipped with transparent plates 5 behind which translucent bands 6 on which are reproduced a succession of announcements which can be placed so as to face the windows sequentially move. There is a luminous panel 14 for illuminating the bands 6. A timer system, which stops and starts the motors 9 which actuate the bands 6, determines the time that each announcement stops in front of the corresponding window. Provision has also been made for a loudspeaker installation 15 for sound-based advertising. There are hot-air extractors 16. The possibility of moving the vehicle carrying the advertising system makes it possible to display the announcements on the bands 6 as it travels about.
