PROCEDIMIENTO Y DISPOSITIVO PARA LA PRODUCCION DE UN MATERIAL ESTRATIFICADO PARA ELEMENTOS DE DESLIZAMIENTO CON UNA CAPA DE DESLIZAMIENTO, CONSTITUIDA POR UNA MEZCLA DE DOS O MAS COMPONENTES, EN EL QUE LA CAPA DE DESLIZAMIENTO SE VIERTE DE FORMA CONTINUA E INMEDIATAMENTE SE SOMETE A UN PROCESO DE ENFRIAMIENTO CON UNA VELOCIDAD DE ENFRIAMIENTO SUFICIENTEMENTE ELEVADA PARA EVIDENCIAR EL CRECIMIENTO DE PARTICULAS DE LOS COMPONENTES NO MISCIBLES, QUE TENGAN DIMENSIONES SUPERIORES A 0,01 A 1 MICRA/M, PREFERENTEMENTE < DE 1 MICRA/M. ES POSIBLE LA PRODUCCION DE UNA PELICULA A PARTIR DE UNA MEZCLA VERTIDA Y SOMETIDA A ENFRIAMIENTO BRUSCO INMEDIATO. ESTA PELICULA SERA POSTERIORMENTE UNIDA AL SUSTRATO A TRAVES DEL PROCEDIMIENTO ADECUADO, PREFERENTEMENTE A TRAVES DE RAYOS ASER. LA CAPA DE DESLIZAMIENTO TAMBIEN SE PUEDE DEPOSITAR DIRECTAMENTE SOBRE EL SUSTRATO QUE CONSTITUYE LA CAMARA DE SOPORTE, EN UNA O MAS FASES. EL SUSTRATO QUE CONSTITUYE LA CAMARA DE SOPORTE PODRA SER UNA BANDA CON LA RETAGUARDIA DE ACERO, Y UNA CAMARA INTERMEDIA CONSTITUIDA POR UN METAL DE PLOMO CON BUENAS PROPIEDADES. SE PUEDE RECURRIR A LOS SIGUIENTES SISTEMAS DE DOS O MAS COMPONENTES, CON ESPACIO DE MEZCLA PARA QUE SEAN VACIADOS Y CONSTITUYAN CAPAS DE DESLIZAMIENTO: ALPB, ALSN, ALBI, ALSB, CRPB, CRSN, MNPB, FEPB, COPB, NIPB, CUPB Y PBZN.
