Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA SINTESIS DE PEPTIDOS PARA NEUTRALIZAR LA INFECTIVIDAD DEL VIRUS DEL SIDA (VIH). SE DESCRIBE LA SINTESIS DE UN NUEVO PEPTIDO CORRESPONDIENTE A LA SECUENCIA DE AMINOACIDOS FYIFFVEDQKEEDD O A SUS VARIANTES X1YIX2X3VEDQKX4X5DD (X1CT O F, X2CC O F, X3=E O F, X4=E O F, X5= E O F) CON ACTIVIDAD IN VITRO FRENTE A LA INFECCION POR VIRUS VIH QUE PERMITE, A LA CONCENTRACION 164 MICRA/MOLAR INHIBIR EN UN 91% LA CAPACIDAD DEL VIRUS VIH DE FORMAR CELULAS GIGANTES (SINCITIOS) CON CELULAS MOLT-3 Y EN UN 75% SU CAPACIDAD DE SINTETIZAR LA PROTEINA P17 DEL CORE. ESTOS PEPTIDOS POSEEN POTENCIAL TERAPEUTICO NO SOLO EN SUJETOS CON SIDA SINO TAMBIEN EN LOS CUADROS RELACIONADOS CON EL SIDA. LA SINTESIS SE REALIZA MEDIANTE EL METODO EN FASE SOLIDA, UTILIZANDO UNA VARIANTE EN LA QUE NO SE HACE USO DEL GRUPO PROTECTOR BENCILO, CON LO QUE SE PERMITE ASEGURAR QUE NINGUNO DE LOS AMINOACIDOS DEL PEPTIDO SINTETICO CONTIENE ESTE GRUPO.
