Abstract

Nuevo recipiente para leche de aquéllos constituídos por una envoltura de forma cilíndrica carcterizado por el hecho de que su pared básica ostenta una conformación quebrada que se divide en dos paredes plana horizontales, paralelamente superpuestas aunque desplazadas y vinculadas por una pared perpendicular intermedia hallándose aplicado contra la base del recipiente un disco metálico de su mismo diámetro que es tangencial al plano de la aludida pared inferior y que cierra por debajo al espacio resultante de la diferencia de altura de las mencionadas s paredes, dentro del cual espacio se alojan por lo menos dos ligeras planchas refrigerantes de forma será circular dispuestas paralelas y equidistantes entre sí y con relación a dicha pared y disco; hallandose aplicado además en torno a la porción básica del recipiente una banda metálica dotada de orificios pasantes que cubre lateralmente al mencionado espacio.
