Abstract
SISTEMA DE DIAGNOSIS PARA EVALUAR LA ACTUACION DE VALVULAS CRITICAS EN UN SISTEMA DE TURBINA DE VAPOR. EVALUA EL FUNCIONAMIENTO DE UNA VALVULA DE RETENCION (AR) EN UN CONDUCTO PARA EXTRAER VAPOR DE LA TURBINA. INCLUYE PRIMER SENSOR ACOPLADO AL EJE DE VALVULA, PARA PROPORCIONAR PRIMERAS SEÑALES REPRESENTATIVAS DE POSICION ANGULAR DEL EJE, Y UN SEGUNDO SENSOR ACOPLADO A LA VALVULA DE AISLAMIENTO PARA PROPORCIONAR SEGUNDAS SEÑALES REPRESENTANTIVAS DEL ESTADO DESEADO DE ESTA VALVULA DE AISLAMIENTO. EL ORDENADOR INFORMA DEL ESTADO DE OPERATIVIDAD DE VALVULA AR.DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM TO EVALUATE THE ACTUATION OF CRITICAL VALVES IN A STEAM TURBINE SYSTEM. EVALUATES THE OPERATION OF A CHECK VALVE (AR) IN A DUCT TO EXTRACT STEAM FROM THE TURBINE. INCLUDES FIRST SENSOR COUPLED TO THE VALVE SHAFT, TO PROVIDE FIRST SIGNALS REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ANGULAR POSITION OF THE SHAFT, AND A SECOND SENSOR COUPLED TO THE ISOLATION VALVE TO PROVIDE SECOND SIGNALS REPRESENTING THE VALVE STATUS OF THE VALVE STATUS. A COMPUTER RECEIVES THE FIRST AND SECOND SIGNALS, HAVING TIMING MEANS TO DETERMINE THE SPEED OF CHANGE OF SUCH POSITION, WHEN RECEIVING THE SECOND SIGNALS. THE COMPUTER ALSO INCLUDES MEANS TO COMPARE THE POSITION OF THE AXIS WITH RESPECT TO POSITIONS OF THIS CORRESPONDING TO THE STATUS OF THE SECOND SIGNALS, AND TO COMPARE THE SPEED OF THE CHANGE, TO IDENTIFY VARIATIONS RESPONDING TO AR VALVE CHARACTERISTICS. THE COMPUTER REPORTS THE STATE OF OPERATION OF THE AR VALVE.
