Abstract

Procedimiento para la expresión de proteína de eucariota, mejorada con relación al ADNc, en el que el ADNc de un gen de eucariota se clona en el seno de un procariota, el ADNc clonado se obtiene a partir de éste y se introduce el mismo en una célula de eucariota, que traduce el ADNc a la proteína deseada, caracterizado porque se obtiene por lo menos un intrón que se presenta por naturaleza en el correspondiente gen, se incorpora y liga el ADNc en la secuencia codificadora en un lugar apropiado, y se clona en el seno de un procariota el ADNc que contiene intrón, así obtenido.
