EL PRESENTE INVENTO SE REFIERE A UN METODO Y A UN APARATO PARA EL PROCESAMIENTO DE FIBRAS TEXTILES, EN ESPECIAL FIBRAS PRENSADAS EN BALAS DE ALGON PARA EXTRAER LOS POSIBLES RESIDUOS ORGANICOS ADHERIDOS A LAS MISMAS PROCEDENTES DE LOS INSECTOS. EL METODO CONSISTE EN EL PROCESAMIENTO EN UN HORNO MICROONDAS, UTILIZANDO UN CICLO CONTINUO, DE LAS BALAS DE ALGODON MEDIANTE MICROONDAS DE INTENSIDAD Y FRECUENCIA DADAS, PARA SECAR EL RESIDUO ORGANICO A FIN DE QUE PUEDA SER FACILMENTE EXTRAIDO DE LAS FIBRAS SIMPLEMENTE GOLPEANDO LAS BALAS. EL APARATO CONSTA DE UN TUNEL DE PROCESAMIENTO DE MICROONDAS EN EL QUE ENTRAN LAS BALAS DE ALGODON, EN SUCESION, POR UNA CINTA TRANSPORTADORA, VARIAS UNIDADES GENERADORAS DE MICROONDAS DISPUESTAS EN EL TUNEL Y UNA CINTA TRANSPORTADORA DE DESCARGA DE LAS BALAS YA PROCESADAS.
