Abstract

Metallic, two-pitch portal for shed structures and the like formed by means of four or five independent portions, each one of which has, in sheet metal, a double- T profile, the parallel sheets having, at their longitudinal edges, a narrow portion folded inwards at a right angle. The portal has two vertical portions and, in the angular upper zone which defines the double pitch, the latter may be formed by two pieces connected by end flange plates (flat bands) with screws and nuts, having stiffeners at the ends of the vertical portions and/or in the central zone of the ridgepiece, in which case the portal has five pieces.
