ENTRE LOS CONDUCTOS (36, 37) SE CONECTA UN MECANISMO DE ACCIONAMIENTO (48), CERCA DE SUS PUNTOS MEDIOS, CON EL FIN DE APLICAR OSCILACIONES A LOS CONDUDTOS CON UNAS FRECUENCIAS SELECCIONADAS. EL FLUIDO CUYA VELOCIDAD DE FLUJO MASICO SE VA A MEDIR SE DIVIDE EN PARTES GROSERAMENTE IGUALES Y SE SUMINISTRA A TRAVES DE LOS CONDUCTOS PARALELOS (36, 37). UN SENSOR DE MOVIMIENTO (56) AGUAS ARRIBA DEL MECANISMO DE ACCIONAMIENTO (48) Y OTRO AGUAS ABAJO (58) PRODUCEN SEÑALES DE LA MISMA FRECUENCIA QUE LA FRECUENCIA DE ACCIONAMIENTO PERO QUE SE ADELANTAN O ATRASAN CON RELACION A LA FASE.
