LA INVENCION TRATA DE UNA COMBINACION DE RECUBRIMIENTO CON CAPAS, LAS CUALES SON PARTICULARMENTE APROPIADAS PARA LA PRODUCCION DE LAS CAPAS BASE DE LOS COMPUESTOS LACADOS DE LOS TIPOS RECUBRIMIENTO BASE/RECUBRIMIENTO TRANSPARENTE Y DE ATENUANTES ORGANICOS, AL MENOS CONTIENE UNA RESINA QUE UN GRUPO URETANO Y UNO URICO Y EN SU CASO ADEMAS RESINAS SINTETICAS, PIGMENTOS Y ADEMAS LOS ADITIVOS USADOS GENERALMENTE. CONFORME A LA INVENCION, LA COMBINACION DE RECUBRIMIENTO CON CAPAS SE CARACTERIZA PORQUE CONTIENE AL MENOS UNA RESINA SINTETICA QUE CONTIENE UN GRUPO URETANO Y UNO URICO, EL CONTENIDO ES: A1) UN COMPUESTO QUE TRAE DOS GRUPOS HIDROXILOS REACTIVOS ENFRENTE DE GRUPOS ISOCIANATOS. A2) UN DIISOCIANATO ALIFATICO Y/O CICLOALIFATICO QUE SE TRANSFORMA POR LO MENOS EN PARTE EN UN POLIMERO (A) QUE CONTIENE UN GRUPO ISOCIANATO Y EL GRUPO ISOCIANATO DEL PREPOLIMERO (A) INMEDIATAMENTE.
