SE HABLA DE UN PROCESO CONTINUO DE SEPARACION COMPLETA DE IMPUREZAS ORGANICAS Y DECOLORACION COMPLETA DE ACIDO FOSFORICO HUMEDO PREPURIFICADO, EL CUAL SE PURIFICO POR UN PROCESO DE EXTRACCION POR MEDIO DE UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO, LIBERADO DEL RESTO DE ACIDO FLUORHIDRICO MEDIANTE DESTILACION AL VAPOR, Y TRATADO A TEMPERATURA ELEVADA CON PEROXIDO DE HIDROGENO. ESTE PROCESO SE CARACTERIZA PORQUE SE MEZCLA EN UNA ZONA DE MEZCLA EL ACIDO FOSFORICO HUMEDO PRELIMPIADO Y EL PEROXIDO DE HIDROGENO A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 100 A 200 (GRADOS) C -PREFERENTEMENTE 140-160 (GRADOS) C- Y SE DEJA REACCIONAR A ESA TEMPERATURA DE 1 A 4 HORAS. EL ACIDO FOSFORICO HUMEDO TRATADO DE ESTA FORMA SE ENFRIA A 80-90 (GRADOS) C Y A ESA TEMPERATURA, EXCLUYENDO EL AIRE A TRAVES DE UN ESPONJAMIENTO DE CARBON ACTIVO, HECHO A BASE DE TURBA Y ESTA ACTIVADO AL VAPOR, Y UNA TIENE UNA SUPERFICIE BET DE 800 A 1000 M (AL CUADRADO) /G, Y, A CONTINUACION SE HACE PASAR POR UN ESPONJAMIENTO DE SILICIOCARBURO Y/O GRAFITO, MANTENIENDO UNA VELOCIDAD DETRANSPORTE DE MENOS DE 0,5 M3/H DE ACIDO FOSFORICO HUMEDO POR CADA METRO CUBICO DE ESPONJAMIENTO DE CARBON ACTIVO.
