ESTA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN SISTEMA DE DETECCION PARA ANALISIS CUANTITATIVOS DE COMPONENTES QUIMICOS DE UN BAÑO ACUOSO DE REVESTIMIENTO-CONVERSION DE FOSFATO, Y EN PARTICULAR A UN SISTEMA PARA DETERMINAR LA CONCENTRACION DE IONES DE CINZ, IONES DE FOSFATOS, IONES DE NITRITO Y EL PH DE UNA MUESTRA DEPURADA DEL BAÑO. OPCIONALMENTE, LAS CONCENTRACIONES DE OTROS IONES QUE PUDIERAN ESTAR PRESENTES, COMO IONES DE FLUORURO E IONES DE NIQUEL, TAMBIEN PUEDEN DETERMINARSE. ESTE SISTEMA DE DETECCION ES PREFERENTEMENTE UN SISTEMA DE DETECCION ON-LINE AUTOMATIZADO, UTILIZANDO ANALISIS DE FLUORESCENCIA DE RAYOS X, Y ANALISIS DE INYECCION DE FLUJO, COMPRENDIENDO ELECTRODOS DE IONES ESPECIFICOS Y UN FLUJO A TRAVES DE COLORIMETRO O ESPECTROFOTOMETRO.
