EL INVENTO SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE FLUIDIZACION PARA LA ELABORACION DE UNA SUSTANCIA SECA DE SOLUCIONES ACUOSAS DE EXTRACTOS DE LA SANGRE DESPROTEINADA DE BECERROS, Y A LA PRODUCCION SIMULTANEA DE UN GRANULADO QUE PUEDE COMPRIMIRSE PARA OBTENER MEDICAMENTOS EN FORMA SOLIDA. RESPECTO A SU PESO TOTAL EN ESTADO SECO, ESTE GRANULADO CONTIENE POR LO MENOS UN 50% DE LAS SUSTANCIAS EXTRAIDAS MAS UN AGLOMERANTE Y SUSTANCIAS DE RELLENO ASI COMO SUSTANCIAS PORTADORAS COMPATIBLES. EL GRANULADO SE ELABORA MEDIANTE LA APLICACION POR PULVERIZACION DE UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE LOS EXTRACTOS Y DEL AGLOMERANTE SOBRE LAS SUSTANCIAS PORTADORA Y DE RELLENO, GRANULANDO LA CARGA MIXTA CON UN CONTENIDO DE AGUA DETERMINADO EN EL PROCEDIMIENTO DE FLUIDIZACION. DESPUES DEL SECADO SE OBTENDRA UN GRANULADO, LISTO PARA COMPRIMIR, QUE PUEDE UTILIZARSE PARA LA PRODUCCION DE MEDICAMENTOS EN FORMA SOLIDA QUE OFREZCAN UNA GRAN ESTABILIDAD Y UNA CALIDAD CONSTANTE.
