PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA DESCOMPOSICION DE ACRILAMIDA USANDO UNA ENZIMA AMIDASA (ACRILAMIDA AMIDO HIDROLASA) EN EL QUE LA ENZIMA SE CALIENTA A UNA TEMPERATURA EN LA GAMA DE 40 A 80 GRADOS C PARA INDUCIR UN INCREMENTO DE LA ACTIVIDAD. TAMBIEN SE REIVINDICA UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA PRODUCIR ACIDO ACRILICO. EL PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA DESCOMPOSICION DE LA ACRILAMIDA ES UTIL EN PARTICULAR PARA REDUCIR EL NIVEL DE MONOMERO NO REACCIONADO ASOCIADO A HOMO- Y HETERO-POLIMEROS DE ACRILAMIDA. PARA EL CALENTAMIENTO SE PREFIERE UNA GAMA DE TEMPERATURAS DE 58 A 62 GRADOS C. LEYENDA DE LA FIGURA 1: 1) ACTIVACION POR CALOR DE LA AMIDASA. 2) ACTIVIDAD DE LA AMIDASA EN UNIDADES POR ML. 3) TIEMPO DE ACTIVACION (MIN). 4) TEMPERATURA DE ACTIVACION = 60 GRADOS C.
