METODO Y DISPOSITIVO DE PROCESAMIENTO DE DATOS ASINCRONOS. APLICABLE EN SISTEMAS DE PROCESAMIENTO DE SEÑALES DE VIDEO COMPRIMIDAS CUYO OBJETO ES GARANTIZAR EL MANTENIMIENTO DEL SINCRONISMO DE LAS CELULAS CON FORMATO MODO DE TRANSFERENCIA ASINCRONO (MTA), EN REDES DE COMUNICACIONES QUE NO SON MTA, Y QUE UTILIZA SISTEMAS CODIFICADORES Y DECODIFICADORES DE VIDEO EXISTENTES PARA REDES MTA. EL METODO CUENTA CON UNA PRIMERA ETAPA DE LECTURA DE LAS CELULAS MTA PROCEDENTES DEL CODIFICADOR DE VIDEO Y DETERMINACION DE SI CADA CELULA CONTIENE INFORMACION UTIL O NO. CUENTA CON UNA SEGUNDA ETAPA EN LA QUE SI LA CELULA TIENE INFORMACION UTIL SE ENVIA A LA RED DE COMUNICACIONES, MIENTRAS QUE SI NO CONTIENE INFORMACION UTIL SE EFECTUA LA CUENTA DEL NUMERO DE CELULAS VACIAS CONSECUTIVAS RECIBIDAS, GENERANDO UNA CELULA TIPO GRUPO, CUYO CAMPO DE INFORMACION CONTIENE EL VALOR FINAL DE LA CUENTA EFECTUADA; Y ENVIANDOSE LA CELULA TIPO GRUPO A LA RED DE COMUNICACIONES. INCLUYE UNA CUARTA ETAPA EN LA QUE SI LA CELULA RECIBIDA ES DE TIPO INFO SE ENVIA AL DECODIFICADOR DE VIDEO, MIENTRAS QUE SI ES DE TIPO GRUPO SE EXTRAE EL VALOR FINAL DE LA CUENTA CONTENIDO EN SU CAMPO DE INFORMACION Y SE ENVIAN AL DECODIFICADOR DE VIDEO TANTAS CELULAS VACIAS COMO INDIQUE DICHO VALOR; CON EL FIN DE OBTENER EN LA ENTRADA DEL DECODIFICADOR DE VIDEO LA MISMA SECUENCIA DE CELULAS MTA QUE EN LA SALIDA DEL CODIFICADOR DE VIDEO. EL DISPOSITIVO LLEVA A CABO LAS DISTINTAS ETAPAS DEL METODO.METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PROCESSING ASYNCHRONOUS DATA. APPLICABLE IN COMPRESSED VIDEO SIGNALS PROCESSING SYSTEMS WHOSE PURPOSE IS TO GUARANTEE THE MAINTENANCE OF THE SYNCHRONISM OF THE CELLS WITH A FORMAT OF TRANSFER MODE ASYNCHRONOUS, AND THAT USE SEMI-DETECTING COMMUNICATION NETWORKS FOR MTA NETWORKS. THE METHOD HAS A FIRST STAGE OF READING MTA CELLS FROM THE VIDEO ENCODER AND DETERMINATION OF WHETHER EACH CELL CONTAINS USEFUL INFORMATION OR NOT. IT HAS A SECOND STAGE IN WHICH IF THE CELL HAS USEFUL INFORMATION, IT IS SENT TO THE COMMUNICATION NETWORK, WHILE IF IT DOES NOT CONTAIN USEFUL INFORMATION, THE ACCOUNT OF THE NUMBER OF CONSECUTIVE EMPTY CELLS RECEIVED, GENERATING A GROUP-TYPE CELL, WHOSE FIELD INFORMATION CONTAINS THE FINAL VALUE OF THE ACCOUNT CARRIED OUT; AND SENDING THE GROUP-TYPE CELL TO THE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK. IT INCLUDES A FOURTH STAGE IN WHICH IF THE RECEIVED CELL IS OF THE INFO TYPE, IT IS SENT TO THE VIDEO DECODER, WHILE IF IT IS OF THE GROUP TYPE, THE FINAL VALUE OF THE ACCOUNT CONTAINED IN ITS FIELD OF INFORMATION AND IS SENT TO THE VIDEO DECODER AS MANY EMPTY CELLS AS INDICATE SUCH VALUE; IN ORDER TO OBTAIN THE SAME SEQUENCE OF MTA CELLS AT THE INPUT OF THE VIDEO DECODER AS THE VIDEO ENCODER OUTPUT. THE DEVICE CARRIES OUT THE DIFFERENT STAGES OF THE METHOD.
