Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de artículos decorativos (10), caracterizado porque comprende: a) suministro de un sustrato flexible (12) de vinilo de 0,005 a 0,025 cm de grueso aproximadamente provisto de una primera superficie y una segunda superficie, produciéndose dicho sustrato flexible 12 por moldeo de plastisol vinílico sobre una superficie lisa de forma que se produzca una superficie lisa del lado de moldeo como dicha primera superficie y una superficie del lado de aire como dicha segunda superficie, adhiriéndose dicho sustrato de forma separable, con una capa de 0,005 a 0,013 cm de espesor aproximadamente de adhesivo sensible a la presión (22), por dicha primera superficie de éste a un forro de liberación rígido, plano, de superficie lisa, y teniendo dicho sustrato un borde efectivo (16) en un diseño cerrado sobre dicha segunda superficie del mismo, cuyo borde circunscribe un área (18) en dicha superficie; b) moldeo de un compuesto de plástico fluyente desde un cabezal de moldeo sobre dicha segunda superficie de dicho sustrato (12) dentro de dicha área (18), mientras dicho sustrato se adhiere a dicho forro de liberación y se sostiene plano y horizontal, por lo cual dicho forro de liberación, plano, de superficie lisa, mantiene dicho sustrato plano y liso durante el moldeo y el endurecimiento de dicho compuesto de plástico fluyente; y c) endurecimiento de dicho compuesto de plástico para formar una cubierta de plástico transparente que realza ópticamente el aspecto de dicho sustrato (12) tal como se ve a través de dicha cubierta de plástico transparente (14).
