EL CEBADOR COMPRENDE UN CIRCUITO INTEGRADO FLUORACTOR (3), DOTADO DE LOS CORRESPONDIENTES TERMINALES (1) Y (2) DE CONEXION AL TUBO FLUORESCENTE, SIENDO ESTE INTEGRADO (3) EXCITADO MEDIANTE UNA ETAPA OSCILADORA CON DOBLE BASE DE TIEMPOS, INCORPORANDO TRES DIODOS D1, D2 Y D3 QUE ESTABLECEN UNA DETERMINADA POLARIDAD PARA LOS COMPONENTES DEL CEBADOR, EN EL QUE LA EXCITACION DEL INTEGRADO (3) SE DESARROLLA POR MEDIO DE UN TRANSISTOR T1 COMO CONSECUENCIA DE DOS TIEMPOS, UNO QUE ESTABLECE LA DURACION DEL TREN DE IMPULSOS EN UN CICLO Y OTRO QUE DEFINE EL NUMERO DE CICLOS QUE SE OFRECEN AL FLUORESCENTE PARA CONSEGUIR SU ENCENDIDO, A TERMINO DEL CUAL EL CEBADOR PASA A ESTADO DE ALTA IMPEDANCIA. SE CONSIGUE ASI UN ENCENDIDO INSTANTANEO DEL TUBO, SIN INTERMITENCIAS, Y UNAS OPTIMAS CONDICIONES DE SEGURIDAD POR EL ESTADO HABITUAL DE ALTA IMPEDANCIA DEL CEBADOR, EXCEPTO EN LOS MOMENTOS PRECISOS DEL ENCENDIDO.
