EL INVENTO TIENE COMO OBJETO PRINCIPAL UN MECANISMO DE CONTROL PARA LA REGULACION DE POTENCIA DE UN APARATO DE COCCION ASI COMO UN APARATO DE COCCION QUE CONSTA DE DICHO MECANISMO. EL INVENTO CONSISTE EN UN MECANISMO DE CONTROL PARA LA REGULACION DE POTENCIA DE UN APARATO DE COCCION QUE UTILIZA GAS, QUE CONSTA DE UNA LLAVE PARA EL GAS (7) DOTADA DE UN EJE (32). PARA ABRIR LA LLAVE (7) ES NECESARIO EMPUJAR DICHO EJE (32) Y HACERLO GIRAR. EN EL DISPOSITIVO SEGUN EL PRESENTE INVENTO SE UTILIZAN DOS PIEZAS SEPARADAS (2,5) PARA OBTENER EL EMPUJE Y LA ROTACION DEL EJE (32). EL PRESENTE INVENTO SE APLICA PRINCIPALMENTE EN LA REGULACION DE CAUDAL DE UN FLUIDO COMO, POR EJEMPLO EN EL CONTROL DE REGULACION DE LA POTENCIA DE UN APARATO DE COCINA DE GAS O MIXTO. EL PRESENTE INVENTO SE APLICA PRINCIPALMENTE EN LA REALIZACION DE PLACAS DE COCINA U HORNILLOS.
