SE DESCRIBE UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE AGUA DE LAVAR PROCEDENTE DEL LAVADO DE GAS DE UNA INSTALACION REDUCTORA DE MINERAL DE HIERRO, PONIENDO EL AGUA DE LAVAR EN UN LAVADOR DE GAS EN CONTACTO DIRECTO CON EL GAS BRUTO, EXTRAYENDOLA DEL LAVADOR DE GAS Y CONDUCIENDOLA DE NUEVO ENFRIADA AL LAVADOR DE GAS DESPUES DE LA SEPARACION DE LA SUBSTANCIA SOLIDA. ESTO SE CONSIGUE SEGUN LA INVENCION PORQUE EL AGUA DE LAVAR, LIBERADA EN GRAN MEDIDA EN UN ESPESADOR DE SUBSTANCIAS SOLIDAS, SE CONDUCE A TRAVES DE UNA PILA DE AGUA CALIENTE (2) A UNA TORRE DE REFRIGERACION (4), DONDE SE ENFRIA EL AGUA DE LAVAR Y SE REALIZA AL MISMO TIEMPO UNA SEPARACION DE DIOXIDO DE CARBONO DISUELTO, UN ENRIQUECIMIENTO CON OXIGENO, UNA TRANSFORMACION DE LOS CALCIOHIDROGENO-CARBONATOS Y MAGNESIOHIDROGENOCARBONATOS EN D-CARBONATOS Y DEL BICARBONATO DE HIERRO ASI COMO DEL SULFATO DE HIERRO EN HIDROXIDO DE HIERRO (III) Y PORQUE ESTE AGUA DE LAVAR DESESTABILIZADA QUIMICAMENTE SE LIBERA DE LAS SUBSTANCIAS SOLIDAS RESIDUALES EN OTRO ESPESADOR (6) CONECTADO EN SERIE MEDIANTE LA ADICION DE MEDIOS DE FLOCULACION Y DE COAGULACION, SE ESTABILIZA QUIMICAMENTE Y SE CONDUCE A TRAVES DE UNA PILA DE AGUA FRIA (7).
