EL PROCESO UTILIZA UN OXIDANTE BLANQUEADOR QUIMICO. LAS CARACTERISTICAS ESENCIALES DE LA INVENCION CON QUE SE USA OXIGENO EN EL PRIMER PASO DE OXIDACION DEL PROCESO DE BLANQUEO; QUE LA PASTA ES SUJETA A UN TRATAMIENTO DE ENFINAS; Y QUE TRAS ESTOS DOS PASOS LA PASTA SE LAVA. DE ACUERDO A LA INVENCION, LOS PASOS SIGUIENTES DE OXIDACION SE PUEDEN REALIZAR UTILIZANDO UN ACLORINA QUE CONTIENE BLANQUEADORES QUIMICOS, POR EJEMPLO: GAS CLORINA Y/O DIOXIDO DE CLORINA. EL USO DE LAS ENZIMAS PERMITE QUEMAR PARCIALEMNTE LOS COMPUESTOS TOXICOS QUE ESTAN EN EL LICOR DE BLANQUEO, Y QUE SEAN REDUCIDOS, REBAJANDO SIMULTANEAMENTE SU DEMANDA DE OXIGENO QUIMICO.THE PROCESS USES A CHEMICAL WHITENING OXIDIZER. THE ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE INVENTION WITH WHICH OXYGEN IS USED IN THE FIRST STEP OF OXIDATION OF THE BLEACHING PROCESS; THAT THE PASTA IS SUBJECT TO A TREATMENT OF TREATS; AND THAT AFTER THESE TWO STEPS THE PASTA IS WASHED. ACCORDING TO THE INVENTION, THE FOLLOWING STEPS OF OXIDATION CAN BE CARRIED OUT USING AN ACLORINE CONTAINING CHEMICAL BLEACHERS, FOR EXAMPLE: CHLORINE GAS AND / OR CHLORINE DIOXIDE. THE USE OF ENZYMES ALLOWS PARTIALLY BURNING THE TOXIC COMPOUNDS THAT ARE IN THE BLEACHING LIQUEUR, AND THAT THEY ARE REDUCED, SIMULTANEOUSLY REDUCING THEIR DEMAND FOR CHEMICAL OXYGEN.
