Abstract

Un dispositivo para el empalme de correas para transmisiones esencialmente constituido por dos placas articuladas entre sí según un pasador que queda establecido transversalmente en relación con las correas y dichas placas presentan por su cara superior, es decir por la que recibe el correspondiente extremo de correa unas lengüetas, puntas u otros elementos de sujeción de la correa que queda clavada en los mismos y sobre la repetida correa se dispone un travesaño montado en forma que al tirar de aquella lo desplaza aplicándolo contra la propia correa de manera que en esta forma cuanto mayor sea el esfuerzo de tracción a que se someta la correa tanto mayor es la presión sobre la misma del referido travesaño que a la par que la retiene, la clava sobre los salientes de la placa en que va dispuesta.
