Abstract

PURPOSE: To attain large piston stroke assurance at a low flow velocity by disposing a device which functions effectively so as to discharge an excessive amount of medium to an inlet chamber when a piston slides to the first switching position. CONSTITUTION: Oil, after a pump is connected and a magnet value is opened, is sucked through a stand pipe and pressed into respective pipelines. When oil pressure in the pipeline is sufficiently high, a valve 22 is opened, therefore, oil pressure in an inlet chamber 28 increases. As a result, a piston 32 is lifted so as to maintain its shape against gravity or the force of a spring 43. Leakage of oil from a compensation passage 46 is inhibited by designing the whole cross- sectional surface of the passage 46 so as to be smaller than that laded by oil in the piston 32. This is the same as for a ring gap generated between a guide part 32a and a guide 31.
