EL PROCEDIMIENTO PREVE UTILIZAR EL CALOR DE GASES DE HUMO PRODUCIDO EN UNA CAMARA DE COMBUSTION, EN UN SECADOR LLENADO DE MATERIALES A SECAR. PARA ELLO SE PREVE QUE LOS VAHOS, LIBRES DE GASES DE HUMO, QUE EMANAN DEL SECADOR SEAN RECONDUCIDOS A TRAVES DE UN CIRCUITO AL MISMO. ESTOS VAHOS SE CALIENTAN HASTA LA TEMPERATURA NECESARIA PARA EL SECADO DEL MATERIAL, DE MANERA INDIRECTA DELANTE DEL SECADOR, MEDIANTE LOS GASES DE HUMO QUE SALEN DE LA CAMARA DE COMBUSTION. EN ESTE PROCESO, UNA PARTE DEL FLUJO DE LOS VAHOS ES DESVIADA DE ESTE CIRCUITO Y CONDUCIDA A LA CAMARA DE COMBUSTION. LA INSTALACION PARA EJECUTAR ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO PREVE QUE DESDE EL CICLON O CICLONES (12) QUE SE USAN EN ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO PARA SEPARAR EL MATERIAL A SECAR, UN TUBO (13) PARA LOS VAHOS ES RECONDUCIDO AL SECADOR (8) , Y SE DISPONE UN CONMUTADOR DE CALOR (7) EN EL TUBO (13) PARA EL CALENTAMIENTO INDIRECTO DE LOS VAHOS POR LOS GASES DE HUMO QUE SALEN DE LA CAMARA DE COMBUSTION (1). TAMBIEN SE DISPONE UN CONDUCTO DESVIADOR (6) HACIA LA CAMARA DE COMBUSTION (1) DELANTE DEL CONMUTADOR DE CALOR (7) Y EN LA DIRECCION DE LA CIRCULACION. ESTA INVENCION PERMITE MANTENER, CON UN MINIMO ESFUERZO, VALORES LIMITES DE EMISION DE SUSTANCIAS NOCIVAS MENORES QUE LOS PRESCRITOS HASTA AHORA.
