Abstract

The improvements are based in the filling pipe of bottles with oil and a two-way valve, which together act to fill the bottle by gravity and produce the suction of excess oil by vacuum, which allows using plastic bottles with thin walls. The pipe is composed of a retractile set formed by a flexible duct (13) and an envelope spring (8) mounted with a bolt (3) in a hole at the back of the tank that contains the oil. This retractile set can be moved when the bottle is full through the diffuser (13) that forms the bottom part of the actual pipe near this diffuser (13) there are vanes (17) to avoid turbulence and the formation of foam whilst the oil is dropping. The air output tube (6), during the filling phase, extends towards the outside along a section (6') that passes through the actual tank (2) that contains the oil and a section (6'') to form some holes (20) connected to the atmosphere and through which air exits, whilst the section (6'') that sits next to the vacuum chamber (19) has holes (18) in a position of the valve set foreseen on said upper part that are closed to extract the air towards the outside and, in another position, they are opened to suction the excess oil. The two-way valve formed by the top end section of the duct (6'') of the internal tube (21) and the spring (22) is activated automatically and in a synchronised manner by a lever (24) that presses or releases an appendix (23) through which the movement of the internal tube (21) is obtained for opening and/or closing the holes (18) and/or (20).
