Abstract

A stopper arrangement (1) for a drink storage vessel (2) is described and is positioned below the vessel (2) which is turned upside down to allow fluid to reach an open container (3) underneath. The stopper (1) comprises a cap (4) around the vessel neck and a manually operated stop tap (5) with a mouth (9) allowing the fluid level in the lower container (3) to be controlled by a float (16) located in the stopper (1) on the output side. A polymer suitable for use with food stuffs, e.g. nylon 6 is used for mfr. of the seal. USE/ADVANTAGE - The stopper is used for controlling flow of drinks used in cooking and allows automatic control of the fluid level in the container below.
