SE DESCRIBEN SOLUCIONES ACUOSAS ROMPEDORAS DE EMULSIONES EXPLOSIVAS DEL TIPO AGUA-EN-ACEITE CAPACES DE PRODUCIR UNA RAPIDA DESEMULSIFICACION DE DICHAS EMULSIONES MEDIANTE LA SOLUBILIZACION DE SUS COMPONENTES. DICHAS SOLUCIONES ROMPEDORAS CONTIENEN, AL MENOS, UN DETERGENTE EN UNA CONCENTRACION COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 0,05 Y 10% (P/V) Y OPCIONALMENTE UN COSURFACTANTE EN UNA CONCENTRACION COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 0-1 Y 10% (V/V). EL PROCEDIMIENTO BASICAMENTE CONSISTE EN PONER EN CONTACTO LA SOLUCION ROMPEDORA CON LA EMULSION A ROMPER. ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO TIENE APLICACION EN SITUACIONES TALES COMO: (I) VERTIDO DE EMULSION POR ACCIDENTE (II) LIMPIEZA DE TUBERIAS DE PLANTAS PRODUCTORAS DE EMULSIONES Y (III) DESTRUCCION DE RESIDUOS DE EMULSIONES.
