UN METODO DE INHIBICION O REDUCCION DE LA CONTAMINACION DE LOS COMPONENTES EXTERIORES AL NUCLEO DEL CIRCUITO DE REFRIGERACION PRIMERIA DE UN REACTOR DE AGUA PRESURIZADO DEBIDO A LA ABSORCION DE PELICULAS DE OXIDO DE CADA UNO DE LOS COMPONENTES DE COBALTO Y OTROS ELEMENTOS RADIACTIVOS CONTAMINANTES GENERADOS POR IRRADIACION DE NEUTRONES DE LAS IMPUREZAS DE REFRIGERACION MIENTRAS EN EL NUCLEO DEL REACTOR, EL METODO CONSISTE EN LA INTERMITENCIA (POR EJEMPLO EN EL CIERRE DEL REACTOR PARA MANTENER LAS PREVISIONES), Y/O UNA VEZ DURANTE LA PUESTA EN SERVICIO DEL REACTOR, DEL MANTENIMIENTO DE LA TEMPERATURA DE LA CIRCULACION DE ENFRIAMIENTO DENTRO DE UN RANGO APROPIADO BAJO LA TEMPERATURA DE OPERACION NORMAL PARA UN PERIODO EXTENDIDO MIENTRAS QUE SE MANTIENEN SU CONCENTRACION DE ACIDO BORICO SUSTANCIALMEMNTE MAS ALTA QUE EN OPERACION.
