SE TRATA DE UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA FABRICAR OXIDO DE ESTAÑO IV EN PIEZAS FINAS Y ELECTRICAMENTE CONDUCTIBLE, EN EL CUAL SE OBTIENEN, EN UN PRIMER PASO, MEDIANTE ELECTROLISIS EL OXALATO ESTAÑO IV Y/O LOS OXALATOS DE COMPUESTOS POLIMERICOS DE ESTAÑO IV, SIENDO EL ANODO DE ESTAÑO O DE UNA ALEACION DE ESTAÑO, QUE CONTIENE UN METAL DE DOTACION, Y SIENDO EL CATODO DE UN METAL O DE GRAFITO, ESTANDO SEPARADOS AMBOS ELECTRODOS MEDIANTE UN DIAFRAGMA O UNA MEMBRANA ORGANICA PERMEABLE A IONES-H+ Y UTILIZANDO COMO ELECTROLITO UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE ACIDO OXANILICO. EN UN SEGUNDO PASO, SE PRODUCE EL OXIDO ESTANNICO MEDIANTE CALCINACION DE LOS OXALATOS, PARTIENDO DE LA SOLUCION OBTENIDA DEL OXALATO ESTANNICO O DE LOS OXALATOS DE COMPUESTOS POLIMERICOS DEL ESTAÑO-IV, A LA CUAL SE AÑADEN EN CANTIDADES USUALES MEDIOS DE DOTACION CONOCIDOS.
