EL PROCEDIMIENTO CONSISTE UNDAMENTALMENTE EN AÑADIR SIMULTANEAMENTE AL FLUIDO ORPORAL ESTREPTOQIONASA Y UN SUSTRATO PARA PLASMINA, ORMADA O LA VELOCIDAD DE FORMACION DEL FRAGMENTO ESCINDIDO N UN TIEMPO DETERMINADO Y, A PARTIR DE ELLA, DETERMINAR LA ONCENTRACION DE PLASMINOGENO.
