EL BROMOSULFAMATO SE UTILIZA EN ALREDEDOR DE 0.1 A 10 PPM (RESIDUO) CON UN OPTIMO DE ALREDEDOR DE 0.2 PPM DE BROMOSULFAMATO. EL BROMOSULFAMATO SE FABRICA MEDIANTE LA REACCION CONJUNTA DEL BROMURO DE SODIO (NABR), DEL HIPOCLORITO DE SODIO (NAOCI) O EL CLORURO, Y EL SULFAMATO DE SODIO (NASO SUB 3 NH SUB 2) O EL ACIDO SULFAMICO, Y UTILIZANDO EL PRODUCTO DURANTE ALREDEDOR DE 5 HORAS EN EL TRATAMIENTO DE LA SOLUCION DE NITRITO.
