SE PRESENTA UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA FABRICACION DE CAPAS DE OXIDO FISIOLOGICO TOLERANTE A PARTIR DE ESTRUCTURA IMPLANTADA (SUSTRATO) DE METAL O ALEACIONES METALICAS. LAS CAPAS DE OXIDO SON DISPUESTAS MEDIANTE UN RECUBRIMIENTO DE PLACAS CON SISTEMA DE ALTO VACIO DE PLASMA SOBRE UN SUSTRATO, DONDE EL OXIDO SIRVE COMO OXIDO DE POBRE REFRACCION PARA LA FABRICACION DE CAPAS DE OXIDO.
