Abstract

EL INVENTO CONCIERNE UN PROCESO DE PREPARACION DE UN CONCENTRADO DE COMPLEJO FACTOR VIII-FACTOR VON WILLEBRAND DE ALTA ACTIVIDAD ESPECIFICA A PARTIR DE PLASMA TOTAL (NO CRIOPRECIPITADO). EL PROCESO COMPRENDE UNA PREPURIFICACION POR UN DOBLE TRATAMIENTO CON CLORURO DE BARIO Y CON EL HIDROXIDO DE ALUMINIO. EL PROCESO COMPRENDE DESPUES UNA PURIFICACION POR CROMATOGRAFIA SOBRE RESINA INTERCAMBIADORA DE ANIONES, DEL TIPO DEAE-FRACTOGEL. EL PROCESO COMPRENDE UNA ETAPA DE INACTIVACION VIRAL POR UN TRATAMIENTO CON DISOLVENTE-DETERGENTE. EL PROCESO PERMITE IGUALMENTE RECUPERAR FIBRINOGENO, ALBUMINA, INMUNOGLUBINAS , ANTITROMBINA III, FIBRONECTINA, COMPLEJO PROTROMBINICO, A PARTIR DEL MISMO PLASMA.
